Infill development within the settlement boundary of the urban area as defined by current planning policies including PPS3 (previously scheduled as brownfield land)
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Following the identification of a potential site, we would arrange a no-obligation introductory meeting with the landowner, to establish their opinions and take into considerations their views, while discussing in plain English how the process works
Should the landowner decide to proceed, detailed appraisals of the planning prospects are carried out and a clear offer made in the form of an Option Agreement.
The Option Agreement gives us the commitment to prepare plans for a planning submission, which will invariably necessitate the utilisation of a wide range of expert consultants.
As soon as Planning has been achieved, the land will be purchased by exercising the Option and the monies paid to the landowner prior to any commencement of work.
