We are always seeking land for development which includes the following:

  • Land with planning permission
  • Land with development potential
  • Exception sites and those defined by the local development framework / core strategy (i.e. redundant garages, pubs & other commercial premises)
  • Infill development within the settlement boundary of the urban area as defined by current planning policies including PPS3 (previously scheduled as brownfield land)

Landowners - Site Assembly

Following the identification of a potential site we would arrange a no obligation introductory meeting with the land owner, to establish their opinions and take into consideration their views, while discussing in plain English how the process works.

Should the landowner decide to proceed, detailed appraisals of the planning prospects are carried out and a clear offer made in the form of an Option Agreement.

The Option Agreement gives us the commitment to prepare plans for a planning submission, which will invariably necessitate the utilisation of a wide range of expert consultants.

As soon as Planning has been achieved, the land will be purchased by exercising the Option and the monies paid to the landowner prior to any commencement of work.

Throughout any dealings, we will implement the highest standards of integrity, customer service and courtesy. Clients can be assured that a high level of consideration will be given to those who are not directly involved with a project, but who may be affected by it.

Should you have any further queries or concerns and would like to discuss any issues without obligation then please do not hesitate to contact us.
